Shampoo and conditioner work well. The lid was not sealed on the conditioner and leaked all over the packaging upon arrival. They didn't send it in a pimple film and whatnot, they just put it in a box. otherwise the product itself is great.

Since it never arrived I gave it 1 star. It took a while for a refund to come. I bought it from Sally's Beauty Salon and the scent is really good. The color will stain your hands for several days, be sure to use gloves.
