Great fork for the money

Got it on one of my kids bikes, so far it's working well, much better than spiral forks for lighter riders, good price. Good seller communication to fix delivery damage Update1 - after a bit of checking I found it was not 120mm of travel as advertised, after contacting the seller I was told the 26" fork was only 100mm Travel would be nice to know before buying as I went with this one because of the advertised 120mm although it still works well.

Pros
  • Test for a year
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Great value for money, but the warning sticker does not inspire confidence.

This fork works great for the money. It's good value, not cheap, and the air spring/compression damping is some of the best I've ridden. It lacks rebound damping adjustment, but the default setting is perfectly usable. However, the warning label (not for downhill or freeride) doesn't inspire confidence, and the crown isn't very stiff, adding to the fear. The crown is designed for a tapered stem but has a pressed-in adapter into which a straight stem is pressed. There aren't many options for…

What is the only reason a yoke shouldn't come with a star nut? If you need to adjust it, use a hammer and find the right distance. If you have to cut, then score and cut from the top, but no. Now I need to buy a star nut and a tool to align it. Of course you can go ahead, but this comes with the risk of misalignment. How many of you will use this tool again? Not only is it a waste of money, but how much pollution is created just to make it for just one purpose. Now I've ordered this tool and…

29 " Air Shock - Great Price

While not the same as a quality Fox or RockShox fork, this product is excellent value. It's much lighter than my stock Rock Shox XC30 and feels good when properly inflated to the rider's desired pressure per square inch. Assembling the underside of the steering column was easy and required no filing of the head tube. The aluminum steerer tube was strong enough to put in a vise to cut without forming ovals, yet light enough to be cut with a good blade. Most likely a stretched tube. The fork…

Good 29 " fork for parts and components

A well designed and finished fork that works well as intended has inflation and safety decals on the inside of the fork legs. This fork is not for Down Hill or Free Ride (safety sticker), I bought the 29" version and it is a tapered fork (1 1/8" x 1.5"). Check with your dealer according to the steerer type (straight or tapered). The size you're looking for (fork 26/27/29") The seller quickly and professionally resolved questions about the plug. The fork has percentage sag at the right leg but…

Improvement through stock shocks.

I bought this fork to upgrade my stock SUNTOUR spring shocks. From the reviews I read I realized that investing my budget in my 2013 TREK 8.3 Duel Sport was worth it. I took it to the local bike shop to have it installed and took it to the end of the rear the next day. The dampers worked well and I am happy with the purchase. For the price I really can't complain, air was trapped in the shocks the entire ride (no air leak), it didn't bottom out because the rubber o-ring never made it to the…

Suitable for some riders but not all. Read review

Ready to use out of the box, but problems soon arose. Between the stanchions and the top of the fork bends terribly; also, the racks do not slide smoothly into the shin. I worry the fork will fail and send me down the mountain Superman style. I'd like to speak to support, but I can't find a way to contact them. I am really disappointed with this product. - Update 8.10.21 The company sent me a new plug to replace the broken one. Well, it was right for her. Replacing the fork didn't show the same

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • The list is long.
