Arrived today and used immediately! After cooking/cooking my 40th dumpling, one of the handles broke and came loose. I loved using it to form round wraps out of the original square wonton skins and then crimping them for dumplings. Can I return and ask for a more durable replacement?

Well it looks more like stainless steel sheet than steel, very small and half the size of my other dumpling maker. When I got it I thought the box was empty. Insert batter, fill, press, repeat, it works, easy to clean but this isn't a unit I would buy again, I would look for a heavier unit, forged or injection molded, not stamped from Reynolds foil.

This little device does the job. Now I can make a lot of dumplings in no time. It's well made and strong, making perfect dumplings every time. I haven't made my own dough yet, but I buy wonton wraps that are square and cut them into dumpling wraps. This machine just fits in the area so you have very little waste. I found it works better if you use 3 or 4 at a time. I will recommend this to a friend.
