I came here and read a lot of negative reviews about this cheese grater and still decided to buy it and everything the negative reviews warned about came true. cheap and poorly designed and I'm returning it to invest in a better product. I had the original Zyliss cheese grater for years until I recently lost it when I moved house. I looked at both the "Original" and the newer "Classic Rotary" as replacements. The newer design has better specs (microplane-style reversible grid wheel), a smoother hand feel, and is half the price of the original.
