The product has a long list of features, but the overall functionality of the device has not yet been reached. I compare it to other routers in this price range that offer a lot more than this one. I returned the unit due to this inefficiency and chose a different brand. A NOTICE. I've worked with Zyxel products on the business side and they're great, and I believe the same will happen on the consumer side one day - it just hasn't happened yet.

At first I liked that I could use Bluetooth to connect to the initial setup. I didn't like having to subscribe to and update the manufacturer's cloud system after using it for about a month: it's a piece of junk. I have to reset the router at least once a week, the light on it is red and nothing, even a wired connection, doesn't work until I reboot the router. I bought it because it was the cheapest router with the latest security features and now I know why.
