I love how easy it is for my team to schedule time off, set up timesheets (or leave them blank) when they're away from their desks or even send a reminder if someone forgets! The scheduling interface needs some work - there's no way of seeing what your coworkers are doing right now in real-time unless you add all employees' emails as friends/followers which isn't ideal. It would be nice if we could see who has been idle recently so that our managers can address those issues more quickly than waiting until an employee sends us feedback via email asking about something like this! We've also started using staffjoy while working remotely. This makes communication between teams much easier since everyone knows where each person works at any given point during business hours. I like how easy it was to set up all of our employees' schedules with this program. It allows us to see where we can cut back and save money by not having so many people working at once. We are able to assign work easily using their calendar feature as well. There does seem to be some glitches in the system sometimes but they usually get fixed quickly when you contact them about it. They have been very helpful getting my questions answered throughout setup process! The best part of this job has definitely been creating an efficient schedule that helps keep track of everything going smoothly during daily routines. Our team members were pleased because now there's less paper being used around the office. The ease of use, how it tracks everything in one place for all agents to see at once is great! I do wish there were more options for different types of reports than just the weekly report that comes out each week but other than that this has been working very well for us so far. This program was not as user friendly as we needed when first introduced into our office. It took some getting used too but now seems like a really simple system overall. I like how easy it was set up with my current team members as well setting things out so that everyone can see what they need access too! It would be nice if you could have multiple calendars at once when adding new users but other than this everything worked great!! Highly recommend using sling over any others because its simple yet very effective tool which will help your business grow by leaps & bounds. I like that it's very easy to use! It is simple enough so even non-technical people can figure out how everything works without any problems at all!! There are some limitations with this software such as not being able to schedule more than one employee per shift - but you could easily work around those by scheduling multiple shifts in parallel within your own time frame/scheme of working hours etc.- Not much really other then just trying different things until they get what we want done :) The tool makes managing our employees easier when creating their timesheets which helps us keep track of who has worked where each day along wtih helping them manage there vacation requests ect..Tam incelemeye bakın

It's user friendly, it's easy to navigate through, no hassle when using as it has so many features and tools for you to use. The interface of click schedule is really nice and sleek. I honestly cannot think of anything that we dislike about this program. We have been using Click Schedule since it's inception, and would never go back to another one. Our only issue with this system is that sometimes it does take a little while to open up after logging in or closing down which is not the best. If you are looking for a simple calendar/dispatching/scheduling software then definitely give Click Schedule a try! We are able to communicate between our team members easily using this software. It allows all employees to access their work schedule from anywhere at any time. This helps us stay organized and also makes sure we can be available to our customers whenever they need us. It's easy for employees of my organization to use, simple interface with many features provided out-of -the box which makes it really user friendly. I have been using soon since last 2 years in our org., we are able to schedule easily from anywhere without having any hassle while managing availability or holidays/ leave etc. The support team also helps us very well whenever required by providing answers promptly as per requirement! I like how easy it is to use, even if you are not very tech savvy! It was great for me because my manager has been using this program in our office since before we started working here (she used version 3). We've had no issues with anything about snap schedule so far - everything works perfectly as expected. The only thing i would say could be improved upon slightly more than others have mentioned already might just simply be an improvement over other programs out there; but nothing too major at all really-it does what its supposed do pretty well overall though! Scheduling employees within one of my jobs which involves several departments/subsidiaries etc., it makes keeping track much easier when assigning tasks or giving instructions from person A who needs assistance form B instead having them go directly through their supervisor(s) rather then going back & forth between people trying figure things out themselves.Tam incelemeye bakın

It's easy to use, it has great customer support (which is hard for me as I'm in Australia), you can set up multiple time clocks with different times per day which makes payroll reporting easier than using one central clock that all employees have access too - plus if your office uses an internet connection then there are no issues of installing software or hardware! Nothing really but its not like other companies where i've used them before who don't even provide any help at all when things go wrong so thats good :). Tam incelemeye bakın

I like that we are able to see who is clocking in or out through our system with just one click! This program allows us to have all employees clock into work and check out at any given moment. We can also set up alerts for when someone leaves early or late from their scheduled shift which helps track down those employees quickly if needed. There isn't too much that i dislike about this product but some of it's features could be improved overall. For example, sometimes the buttons don't always show up correctly so you may need to refresh your page before they do. If you're looking for an easy way to keep tabs on your workforce then look no further!! It has helped greatly by keeping track of everyone's hours as well as being able to create employee profiles to make sure everything runs smoothly. Tam incelemeye bakın
