Coinbase Wallet is a service of the Coinbase platform that allows us to store all our cryptocurrencies in a single place.
Coinbase Wallet can be downloaded as a mobile app for both iOS and Android.
Coinbase Wallet bases its security on the user, that is, it generates a 12-word recovery phrase that the user saves and that Coinbase does not have access to (but on the other hand, if we lose the phrase, we will not be able to access our funds. Anyway, we can backup the phrase to iCloud or Google Drive).
You can transfer funds between the Coinbase platform and the Coinbase Wallet (it should be noted that transactions are not immediate, but rather require confirmation from the network before being processed).
To simplify the transfer process, funds can be transferred directly between users, without the need for addresses.
Conclusion
Coinbase Wallet is a good, simple and secure wallet to store our cryptocurrencies. The fact that it is a mobile application helps to carry cryptocurrencies with us and make transactions at any time. Also, due to its simple interface, all of this can be done simply.
