This wallet will allow us to store, send and receive cryptocurrencies. We can also send virtual currencies to another user by entering their username, which makes this wallet quite simple to use compared to other wallets. We can access through a web browser from a desktop computer or mobile device iOS or Android.
The purse is nice and easy to use most of all for beginners. It not only supports multiple virtual currencies, but fiat money. Originally this wallet was created only to support Ripple (XRP). However, now it has a total support of eight different virtual currencies in which are included BTC, BCH, ETH, ETC, XRP, DASH, XAUR and REP.
In addition, they have an option for us to make real money deposits that is supported by USD, EUR, JPY and CNY. Although for this we have to do a verification process that will require our personal data and this will take a few days.
To contact the wallet customer service we must send an email. However, it takes a while for the customer support team to respond to our requests.
Regarding security, we must configure two-factor authentication, so that we can require a code that will be sent to our phone every time we go to log in. Also, if we log in from a new device or IP address, we will need to confirm our email again. The platform will also take care of all our data thus strengthening our personal information.
Overall, Gatehub is an ideal wallet for beginners with multiple beneficial features, such as its simple user interface and the availability of both virtual currencies and fiat money. However, it was hacked in 2017 and those affected were not reimbursed. This takes a bit of my confidence in this wallet, but I still recommend it.
