I purchased two pair to be part of two costumes in a theater production. Given that the gloves extend well above the elbow, my biggest concern was that they stay there rather than slipping down as such long gloves are prone to do. Further the gloves needed to withstand an on-stage struggle, plus, one actress had rather slim arms. No problem, the gloves stayed up perfectly for both actresses! I ordered the shirt for my grandson and it arrived just in time for the AFC Championship game -- actually a little early. I was concerned about how it would wash because the front is painted on, but my son washed it inside out in cold water and ran it through the dryer without a problem.
