This soap is a life saver! I had scabies from June to September. I used 6 treatments of permethrin cream and the scabies went away and came back. I was probably still in touch with the Evil Bearer. lmbo. I used this soap in the shower before bed. As I finished and went to bed, I began to feel and see their little itchy bodies. I happily ripped them off and threw them away because they hurt me so much. I would recommend this soap as soon as you realize you have scabies. I don't know why doctors aren't telling you about this product. I got a wound on the sensitive skin of my abdomen where I left a scar from a cesarean section. I would not recommend using this product on your face (unless scabies is very severe and at most once a week) or genitals. Stop using this product as soon as scabies is gone, if your skin starts itching because it's too dry and/or your skin starts to burn. I have a sensitive sense of smell, but I've never noticed a strong odor. I smelled sulfur, but only when I washed my face with it. It also lasts for a while if you take care of it. I REPEAT: THIS SOAP IS AMAZING! I would even say that it can work even without permethrin cream. If you can't afford cream or can't go to the doctor, you should definitely try this soap. At least this soap lets you sleep without scratching yourself all the time.
