Concerned about the authenticity of this product, I ordered a genuine Holset part through a Cummins dealer. This is clearly not a Holset product. The first sale is thrust bearing. True Holset bearings have a groove machined in the center of the outer surface parallel to the axis of rotation; This set does not contain plain bearings. Secondly, the processing of the real Holset kit is much more precise and there are clear differences when looking at the thrust washer. BENEFITS: This kit contains many more items than the TRUE holset kit including oil drain pipe gaskets, turbine housing flange gasket and hardware not included in the holset kit. Good value for money, the holset kit is much more expensive. CONS: Poor component build quality, looks cheap compared to OEM parts. Not an OEM kit as advertised. 1 star for misleading marketing. Would probably give the kit 3 stars if advertised properly although I won't be using it as I would prefer OEM parts.
