Tested my 2004 Jeep Liberty with 144,000 miles. The oil pressure gauge kept showing low pressure. Not all the time so I really wanted to diagnose and see if the sensor is bad and also wanted to check if the oil pump is alive. It was very difficult to remove the sensor and install the pressure gauge just because of the poor position of the sensor. But everything went great. Just make sure you prime the valve and deflate the hose before checking the pressure with a gauge.
