Review on AEM 28 20480 Dryflow Air Filter by Deonte Bates

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Quality filter but packaging was badly dented

Shown with a photo of a sticker advising it will fit a Mazda Skyactiv 2.0L but Revain says it will not fit my car. I took a chance and it's definitely a good fit. I'm not sure it does anything for performance, and even if there was the few horsepower you could get, you never really feel it. It's too early to tell if mileage has increased (or even affected), but other than that it's a solid, reusable, quality filter that should last for some time. The item arrived in the product packaging without the Revain packaging box and arrived really battered. . The filter was ok but the box was dented and open on both sides. I'm not saying it's the seller's fault, but it's obvious the carrier didn't put much effort into handling it carefully. The seller may choose to ship the item in a Revain shipping box by default. I think there is an option where you can ask for a shipping box and if so I recommend buying a shipping box.
