Problem solved Good for window treatment

I live on the corner of two busy streets in Philadelphia, with two bus stops and a stop light. The noise and light from outside my bedroom is really unreal. I got these curtains to close the whole thing and I was so pleasantly surprised! The streetlights no longer illuminate my room and I only hear passing cars and buses when they roar right outside the window.

Extreme wrinkles are not smoothed out.

These curtains are exactly what I need. They look amazing and block every photon of light to the last. Unfortunately they were damaged during packaging. They were packed so tightly that deep folds and folds formed on them. I left them hanging for a few weeks hoping they would go away. They didn't. So, in that regard, the curtains are 5 stars. I have an issue with the ability to absorb light from the projector and the color of the material. I'll admit that the site doesn't mention the ability to absorb light, and I just ordered one panel to test. The black velvet is more of a dark gray and the light absorption is good but not…

Pros
  • I finally bought it
Cons
  • Can I add something

They don't do what they should.

Very disappointed. The curtain doesn't do what it's supposed to. Does not block the sun 100%. When sunlight hits the curtains directly, it goes through them. Also, they don't even block 1% of the sound. It's the same noisy environment when you open or close the curtain. I have bought many pairs, I have washed them according to the instructions and they have shrunk. So I had to buy more and surprisingly the new curtains are shorter than the curtains I bought in the beginning and now they are…
