This little alarm clock was louder than I expected, although that's more of a plus. However, I accidentally got it working a couple of times after dropping the keys. Scared me to death the first time! Now I just stick it on the outside of my purse when I go out alone at night. It helps me feel a little safer in my seedy neighborhood.

This device is small and noisy and definitely works. But it's SO EASY to take off. I usually throw my keys in my bag all the time and the device randomly goes off and gets a lot of attention (I think that's a good thing). But it comes down to the fact that I'm going to take it off my keys because it will fire randomly when I'm carrying it even if it's still connected. Don't get me wrong, it works, but I prefer not to work during class or work when I don't need to.

This neat little gadget is a handy tool for both scaring off your friends and fending off potential threats. Luckily I haven't needed the latter yet. It's quite an amazing sound, unless you're semi-deaf with hearing loss, mostly in the high notes, like me. My only complaint is that it can be a bit difficult to get the stylus back into the device after removing it (but not too bad). I spoke to the company after searching the internet for this guarantee and they said they stopped offering it over a year ago and now it's only free for 1 year as a limited edition or you can go for the pay for renewal. I ordered 5 of these thinking they would be the same quality as others in the same price range. The quality of the exterior of the product looks and feels good. However, the internal structure and the intended use are completely opposite.
