Oh crap, it stuck to the car!

Fragile and sharp. This is a powerful magnet! Be careful! Not only will it jump sideways over six inches in a table or bench to stick to any magnetic surface, it can break in the process! Use for science experiments, speaker assembly, brushless motors or solenoids. This is not a fridge magnet!

Pros
  • Industry and Science
Cons
  • Some little things

Very strong magnet, creates a torsional vortex field.

This magnet is excellent but does not have a thick metal coating. A very small 1/8" magnet hit the side of this magnet chipping off the metal coating and breaking a small piece of the magnet itself. Be very careful with these magnets, apart from being very fragile they are a good one Buy if you like magnetic fields.

Pros
  • Rare Earth Magnets
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

If you order more than one item at a time, STORE THEM DIFFERENTLY.

Considering the price I was concerned that I could get standard ferromagnets or some other substitute. I ordered two and they came individually, heavily bubble wrapped, in individual boxes in a large box. I thought it was a little exaggerated. I unwrapped one, nice and perfect. I used the second - as I quickly realized - too close to the first. Now I'm trying to figure out how to separate them without breaking them. Can't wait for the big versions. . . :-

  • Material Handling Products
Cons
  • Boring Pack
