I bought this to store my extensive CD collection. I store all my hard drives in one block. If all shelves are used, the unit's CD capacity is fully utilized with a DVD-height shelf at the top (see photo). If you have more than one row of DVDs, there are shelves. the box is long, but compact and heavy! Removal of all required spaces. All parts are marked with small white letter stickers for easy assembly. All devices come in one package, well labeled too! The directions were very easy, with both pictures and written instructions. None of my parts were damaged or lost. It took about an hour to assemble from start to finish. I don't usually write reviews but I have assembled many of these types of cabinets and shelves and this was the worst and most disappointing product I have ever bought . The design of this cabinet is not a single 6ft vertical cabinet, it is actually two 3ft cabinets that need to be connected with wooden dowels and metal pins that need to be held together by rotating bolts.
