Easy to use, lightweight - no batteries required

This device works very well! I've read a lot of RV posts where people carry cordless drills to lower the stabilizer legs on their RVs. Perhaps larger RVs require more physical exertion, but I find it to be a quick and easy job that doesn't require battery power (electric charging) or heavy tools that I don't usually take with me when camping. I use it on a retractable A-frame RV. A few seconds on each side and you're done.

Exceptional

Received a pathetic apology for the hand crank from a salesman who crouched like a pretzel before the jacks hit the ground. I sent it back and reordered directly from Revain on a whim from the same list. What I received was a whole different story. This thing is a beast with 1/2" steel and metal knobs that spin freely, I love it. It seems that one of the sellers whose name Revain won't allow me to use is some sort of fake or economy version of something more shipped as 1/4" steel that flexes…

Much better than stock!

Very happy with the purchase! I was trying to find a heavy duty version to replace what came with the camper and based on the reviews and product descriptions I found online it was hard to tell. However, it was a great choice and definitely better than the one I have. It's heavier overall, seems better finished, and the hex socket is part of the key.
