Description of πŸŒ€ BAOSHISHAN Spiral Digital Storage with Manual Operation

[DATA STORAGE & OUTPUT] -- The 500N digital force gauge can store up to 999 sets of peak test data. You can also connect the computer through the Serial-to-USB data cable that comes with the product to obtain real-time test data for statistical analysis, or export the data. [FREE SOFTWARE] -- We provide free software that can export test data or graphs (force vs. time curve). Our shop provides ONE-year warranty service and free technical support. You can contact us to get the software. [DIGITAL DISPLACEMENT SCALE] -- The dispalcement scale (no output functin) can help user measure the dispalcement during tests. Measurement Range: 0-6"/ 0-150mm | Resolution: 0.0005"/ 0.01mm. [VARIOUS TEST PARTS] -- Force Meter come with compression test parts *4, tenslie test part *1, extension rod *1, which are able to meet most of simple tests. The test stand comes with screws for installing the force gauge and 2 pcs HJJ-001 Clamp for tensile tests. [APPLICATION] -- You can use the test bench to measure the tensile strength of 3D printed samples, nylon ropes, terminals, buckles, wires, etc. The stand is strong enough to carry a maximum load of 50kg / 110lb. It is suitable for small laboratories or DIY studios and some scientific research institutions.

A good product!

We purchased this product after testing several products and it represents excellent value for money. This is a good product, does what it's supposed to. Some improvements are possible. 1) Finer pitch lead screw for better motion control with reduced backlash 2) The four screws holding the transducer to the stand may be more accessible. Accessing them is a bit difficult, especially on the left side, due to the offset scale. Overall a good product for small labs, prototype shops.

  • Large and bulky

Good for measuring the tensile strength of 3D printed plastics

I used it to measure the tensile strength of 3D printed coupons for PETG, ASA and Nylon. The stand is strong enough. The whole kit is good value for money - for a small lab or DIY workshop - but be sure to read and follow the instructions in the review posted by Andrew. I followed these instructions and am happy to report that everything works including the stand, force gauge, RS232 connection to the gauge and the Windows software for logging and plotting.

It works, but read this first.

Read this if you want to use the included software to stream data to your computer. If your computer doesn't have a built-in serial port, you'll need a serial-to-USB adapter (and you might need an adapter, even if your computer has a serial port, I'm not sure). You want one that uses the CH340 chip, not Prolific or FTDI. You will also need an angled serial adapter (see my photo for why). When you run the software, look for a program called HP_EN_HANDPI.exe. All folders on the included disc have
