Description not entirely correct

Easy installation. Perfect fit for my application. Talks about dropping from 1 to 3 inches. With the 3" holes selected for me, my truck only lowered an inch.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

02 Silverado Single Cab Side Step Side

worked like a charm on my 02 Silverado Single Cab from the step side. Just remember to enlist a mate's help and loosen the bed bolts near the tailgate and have a mate lift them when installing. makes life a lot easier.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Hard to say

Good bracing on shocks, struts and suspension

Fitted to a 2002 Chevy Silverado 2WD with Extended Cab. Appears to be well built. The brackets were easy to install and fit perfectly. The rear is lowered about 2 inches as per the spec. There are cheaper ones, but suspension is pretty important and can be a big safety issue.

Pros
  • Several competitors
Cons
  • Obsolete model

I received a used product

The braces received appear to have been previously installed although actual use may have been minimal. I'll probably install them anyway and update my 2 star rating based on their performance. But don't be too keen on paying full price for a used product.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Reliable

Fits 1999 Ranger 2WD

Did a trick on my 1999 Ranger and gave me 1 foot of height to get the stock C-pillar out. 15 min side to install. I've been working for over 3 years, no problems. Note that it has a different bushing size than the original strut so replacement bushing kits (e.g. Energy Suspension) will not fit this part.

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Not trendy

Big! But beware of northern trucks.

Truck 07 and he's in the north so he's rusty. Removing the old shackles was a 12 hour nightmare. Punch, grinder, jackhammer, saw, cutter. Suffice to say, if you have an old truck that uses road salt and you don't have the tools or experience, you won't be able to do this installation. There's also a seam just above the spring pivot, and once lowered, it hits that seam and squeaks horribly. The instructions say to bend, be sure to bend. Then I had to bend down with a pneumatic hammer, thinking I

Belltech, you can't go wrong! 😎🤙

When my 2003 Ford F150 Harley Davidson fits like a glove! 😎🤙 Easy to install, just make sure you have a small jack on top of the leaf springs so they want to crash into the bed of your truck. Some screws were difficult to pull out of the holes. But if you raise or lower the jack very slowly, you'll find that the sweet spot is where the bolts slip out. Just make sure you can slowly adjust the jack so you can push the wings up or down to realign the strut holes. But overall they hit my truck a…

Choose BELLTECH, easy installation, great looks and value for money

Don't choose the cheaper version. Spend another $7 and choose Belltech. the installation is easy. You don't need to follow the included instructions. Jack up both sides and place jacks on both sides of the frame until the rear end is raised. Loosen the bottom bracket and remove the bolt. Also unscrew the bracket, then have someone push the spring up until it clears the frame, remove the screw and remove the bracket. insert a new one. I simply asked my wife to lie down and lift the spring with…

As promised

I put a 2014 cab on a short 2WD Chevy Silverado bed. I'm pretty handy with a wrench, which said they were a bit of a hassle to tighten. The hardest part was removing the top screw to put it in and replace it. I had to build a jack with the 2X4 standing upright to lift the top of the leaf spring to get it out, cleaning the frame was difficult. I literally dented the bottom of my bed to get it high enough to get the bolt out and back (the dent in the bed isn't visible unless you climb in and…
