I travel a lot so this neck pillow saves me on every trip, especially when I'm stuck in the middle seat on an airplane. The material is soft and comfortable, mainly because it is a higher neck pillow and therefore offers more neck support. It's great because of the buckle in the middle which is adjustable. I have a smaller face and since it's adjustable it really fits, unlike others without which are too big. The cover is removable and therefore easy to wash.

I have never slept on an airplane because I was able to sit comfortably on regular pillows. When I saw this advertisement for my favorite piece on Hadin Ellis' site, I bought it and it was the best investment I've ever made. I slept like a baby during the flight from San Jose. My neck didn't hurt, they really supported me and I forgot I was on a plane. Received this thanks to positive feedback. I'm not sure how those reviewers are using it, but it sucks. I took it on a flight from Chicago to Dublin and it was the worst and totally useless. As with any other travel pillow, there is too much foam on the back and sides, so your head is tilted forward and you can't rest your head comfortably on the sides. I bought one of these pillows before a long flight and am very glad I did. It really supports my neck and I was able to sleep on an airplane for the first time. 5'9. I got this because I have EDS so my joints are really loose which causes pain, postural issues etc. It took the pressure off my jaw, shoulders and spine almost immediately. This is a great travel pillow! My husband and I each got one for a 3 week trip to Thailand with two 21 hour flights to and from Denver. The clasp was great for attaching to our bags and also helped keep my head up.
