26 oz. They're big enough for a medium-sized salad and don't fly all over the place. Good sturdy container. Good for lunch in the microwave. Portion size snacks. I love that it can be composted, but what about lids - hey, I need more info on lids. I use them for the Thanksgiving party.

Great for leftovers, freezing and storing.

I love these bowls! In winter I cook a lot of stews, soups etc. for my freezer. Make a large batch, freeze the excess, pop it in the freezer and you'll have a hot meal in minutes. The capacity of these bowls is ideal for two full ladles without overflowing, and the lids fit snugly. They also fold nicely and neatly into the freezer or fridge. Great for leftovers and just pop in the microwave to reheat.

I love them for cooking. A great way to deliver food to friends and family.

They come in a large plastic bag. I removed the lids and put them in two 1 gallon storage bags. They are now easier to store in the pantry and the bowls and lids are more accessible. Whether you're bringing food to the office or handing out food to friends and family, they're great. You no longer have to worry about returning your favorite dishes. I highly recommend them if you enjoy preparing food ahead of time. They make life easier.
