, I have experience installing this type of strip. I like that the thin stripe profile matches the shape of many headlights. But not all headlights. they only flex a certain amount during assembly. The tape is useless in my opinion. I would also use rubber glue to seal the control box opening so it doesn't open in wet conditions like rain or a car wash. I installed them on a 2005 Buick Century with daytime running lights. That means the front turn signals are bound to the DRL module. at the same time constantly when the emergency lighting is switched on. SOLUTION I found.
