You can only use them by putting them on a filled lid and put them in the car right away. They do not stick permanently, so do not place filled cups in capsule holders. Wow, I'm impressed with the Coffee Seal film. I used original Vertuo capsules for a while because I felt a little guilty about all the waste. So I decided to try these slides and see if the coffee would be just as good. I am happy to say that it was! I followed the guide and filled an old pod with fine coffee, sealed it and it worked. I've heard from friends that other companies' foil has fallen off during brewing, but this one holds up really well. I think it's the size. They look a bit bigger
