If you drop a small remote control, expect trouble in the future. And if you drop it multiple times. Trouble is on the way. Our Vizio device just went insane, so I assumed it must be the remote control. The problems are gone. Put in the batteries and bingo. Race. A good product.

The remote control turns everything on, but the display backlight is almost invisible. Doesn't look like the original at all. If you hold it at an angle in very bright light, you can make out the words. I have 20/20 vision. Unless you have good eyesight, just don't expect a display on it. The photo shows the display window with the word "Optical" and it is on. This is such a bad ad.

I was hesitant to order this remote control after reading the negative reviews. I think people just don't read the description properly. This remote works just as well as the original, from surround settings to subwoofer volume. I posted a photo of my original remote, as you can see the screen is broken and you can no longer see the display. The original also has a descriptive sticker on the back.
