3/8 craftsman socket for 1/4 socket wrench

Great, that made up for the 1 year failure. I finally got the complete set, it will come in handy for the quick jobs I need on a small socket

Does the job in Triple Square Drive

I lost 1/4 of an outlet while working on a house. He's still out there somewhere lol. Bought to replace and I figure it fits in a tool box so I'm happy. Very affordable and gets the job done.

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Problem

Very Thin Walls - Triple Square Drive

CRAFTSMAN Flat Socket SAE 1/4" 1/4" 6 Point Drive (CMMT43493) has very thin walls. Although well machined, do not apply much torque to them or they will warp and/or crack.

Pros
  • Easy to Use
Cons
  • Many Things

A good product. on Triple Square Drive

I didn't buy this to replace a missing bushing, I was building a special tool kit with specific items and I needed it. No problem with the product. I can't compare it to other DIY sockets as I don't have a set of this brand. Overall I would recommend this product.

Pros
  • Handy Item
Cons
  • Compatibility

Fits perfectly. in hand tool

I bought two of these. One for my torque wrench, inch/lb, and one for my 1/4" socket set. Both worked great. Both even have room for outlets.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Not bad

Socket Worth Keeping

I recently purchased this CRAFTSMAN Spade Socket Wrench, SAE, 1/4" Drive, 3/8" 6-Point, to try a to replace missing ones. Just in time for the holidays, this point of sale was warmly welcomed by the whole family. Although it will never replace the original socket, I hope it stays with us for decades to come.

Pros
  • 1 Year Trial
Cons
  • Gotchas

Worth every penny.: Sockets and socket kits

I bought a cheap manual kit locally but it wasn't this size. The price of the Craftsman socket is quite justified. The nest is of medium thickness and looks solid. I used it to tighten bolts on my mast and submast in seconds compared to using the two wrenches that came with it.

Pros
  • Individual sockets for actuators
Cons
  • Expensive

Always the best value for money!

I had a cheap brand 1/4 inch power head, I needed good torque to get the starter off my ride. The head I broke was like a brittle eggshell so I got this one as a replacement (I've used a Craftsman wrench before so why not trust the same brand). I'm glad I did it, the job required a lot of durability from my tools to completion and cheap brands might give me problems again. Top quality and best price like most Craftsman tool lines, 5 stars!

Pros
  • Sockets and socket sets
Cons
  • weak

GOOD THIN WALL BOX

I needed a 9/32" hex socket to remove the screw from my Grohe faucet. There was a socket around the screw. I needed an outlet with thin walls. This worked great and was very cheap. I accidentally threw away the first one I received from Revain. It was so light I thought the Revain bag was empty. I quickly ordered another one and it arrived the next day. With the help of a Grohe rep on the phone, I was able to fix the faucet myself and save on expensive plumbing. I was so happy and proud!

Pros
  • Hand Tool
Cons
  • So far so good
