Description of Fragrance-Free Refillable Moisture Absorber Cup - 10.5oz Size - Trapping Moisture for Cleaner, Fresher Air

DampRid Refillable Moisture Absorbers are convenient 10.5-ounce cups that attract and trap excess moisture out of the air. DampRid eliminates odors by absorbing excess airborne moisture that creates unpleasant, musty smells. Great for use in a bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, closet, home gym, and any space where excess moisture is an issue. The 10.5-ounce cup lasts up to 60 days, depending on temperature and humidity. To use, remove lid and pour crystals from bag into the top tray of the canister. Once odor absorbing crystals have dissolved, discard water from canister and refill for longer lasting freshness.

Works well in the bedroom

Ideal for reducing humidity (especially from our own breath) in bedrooms. I bought three of these - one for each bedroom (we have an electronic dehumidifier in the living/dining room). I was impressed with how quickly the master bedroom fills up (after 3 weeks there is still 2 inches of water in the floor), but there is almost no water in the spare bedroom (which makes more sense since there people breathe in the master bedroom every night, but don't in the guest room). I've noticed less…

Really works! for household goods

The stuff really works! When I moved into a new apartment, we had water in the basement. The place is old (nearly 100 years old) and there's little you can do to fix the water getting into your basement unless you want to redo the whole thing from scratch. Since we couldn't afford a dehumidifier on our budget, we decided to give it a try. So glad we did! They are good at removing moisture from the air and help minimize the "musty basement smell". I ordered 5 and put 4 in our basement and 1 in…

GO LUCKY! WHY I changed from five to two stars

As mentioned in my review, the only closet is in the large bathroom/laundry room. It's getting wet. Got one, worked great. Topped up with water in a few months. Have another one, it's been many months, NO WATER DROP. Like a rock on top, and has been for months. BOTTOM LINE: IF THEY WORK, LOVE THEM WHEN THEY DON'T. Updates are everywhere. One bedroom with its own washer/dryer, all new appliances, recessed lighting, love it. EXCEPT. When they designed and built it they put the (ONLY) closet…
