It was great and easy to replace with my old cracked display but when I installed the new display I noticed there was something in the glass! I tried scratching it and it didn't work. It's literally in glass. :( I'm a bit disappointed and would like a replacement. It's a little cloth-like thing stuck in the jar. It annoys me but I can take it.

Good: Installation isn't too bad, takes a bit of patience and the fit is pretty good. Seems to work. Bad: Definitely not the same material as the original digitizer. When I was almost done I reinstalled the rear clips with moderate force and they broke. I played around with the old one a bit and found that it could bend and break a bit. Reliable product. My mom's angry cat (no kidding, she's a real monster) broke her Samsung tablet I bought her and I couldn't pay for a brand new one. There were no instructions but I watched the video on YouTube and figured it out. The most important part of the process seems to be using a hair dryer around the edges of the screen to soften the adhesive after removing the case. Once the adhesive has softened, the old display comes off fairly easily. For the price, this is a great deal.

I received different tools than those shown in the picture. In fact, I got more than I needed. One of the plastic tools failed and broke, but the metal nail file ended up working much better. The quality of the digitizer is excellent! My tablet looks the same as when I first bought it! Everything connected immediately with no problems. My Galaxy Kids Edition 7" fell on the street and has a crack. This screen and digitizer was a very economical replacement. I bought this and followed the youtube video for instructions as there weren't any which is ok because I still want to watch the video walkthrough. The screen works great, but as other people have said, you'll need to vacuum thoroughly or use a spray can to remove small pieces of glass.
