I've been using them for years. There is no substitute for the best. You have to go to the store. (Walmart or others) that have a machine that will tell you which side dish you need. Worth every penny.

I really like these cushions. They allow me to stand longer and generally reduce leg pain significantly. This is a partial insert that doesn't take up much room in my shoes.

Consider me one of the biggest skeptics. I had foot problems every night after being on my feet for over 12 hours a day and walking 16-20,000 steps. I received them on Tuesday and I had no pain in my legs. My left arch hurts a bit (I think getting used to the pressure seems to shift my balance forward). Definitely one of my best buys!
