We had another EH cookware in dark gray that lasted many years but recently broke. Had to replace it as we like to have olive oil on hand and it's a nice way to display it. The spring greens are beautiful - not as bright as they looked online. However, the cork/dispenser does not fit the bottle very well. I like the look of the bottle. All the colors offered in this product are beautiful. I myself have two colors; I gave the third color to a friend, but I'll probably end up buying the same color. I use juniper and slate on a daily basis, storing the olive oil in juniper for frying and the olive oil in slate for finishing ("Black Label," to use a Johnny Walker nod).
