My god, I didn't realize I had been struggling to upgrade to the paperless portion of my Brother MFC-L8850CDW combo printer/scanner for the last few years. even a duplex scan, and hey, even a valid size scan. It can also get stuck all the time or give bugs all the time and just annoy you if you try to use it for more than an hour. I finally got fed up with it and realized that it should be something better. I've looked at several options from various big names, with the exception of Brother…

    Pros
    • 3 year limited warranty (3) with superior service and support - includes advance replacement with free next business day replacement (4) to minimize downtime
    Cons
    • Not the best
