I like this printer so far. I bought it because my cheap Canon broke and my mom offered Eason work. It was very easy to set up and get started. It took me five minutes to set up the network and get to work. Wonderful purchase. The only downside is the ink, it's a bit expensive but the print quality makes up for it in my opinion.

Bought for my daughter's home office and school. It was never possible to get the printer to connect using the wireless settings. I bought a direct connect cable and to my dismay it didn't work either. The printer just won't stay online. Tried the troubleshooting tool but no solution was offered.😖

Awesome printer! We love it. We can print from our iPhone or laptop very easily and quickly. Setup was easy and the touchscreen is pretty decent. This is our new favorite and prints better and faster than any of our previous printers.

Brand new, purchased November 2020. The printer thinks it's cute to print lines on photo paper. Two different computers, two different software versions - the same result: two horizontal lines in the middle of the photo. Glossy paper 5x7. How sad. What a disappointment. All you want is to work. Epson just released 5 new WorkForce Pro printers. 2 of them can print on larger paper (up to 13 x 19 inches) and 3 of them can print on standard size paper. This WF-3820 model prints on standard size paper. This is the junior model of the WorkForce Pro printers, but it's still worth the money. Conclusion: An AWESOME printer that forgets Wi-Fi every time it sleeps and has a terrible user interface on the printer. I think we all wish we could forget our work life every night as we fall asleep and not remember it the next day, but I would never have believed that a printer could do that.
