This replacement switch had inferior functionality to the failed OEM switch in my 2002 Ford Expedition. I am coming back for a refund and want to buy a quality replacement switch. Sometimes you get less than you pay for.

Just pull the front switch bezel and it pops right out. As others have said, I had to use a file (on my multitool) to remove some stuff from the circuit board in order to install it properly. 1/16 inch only. Works like a champ!

Poor articulation "handles" for adjusting the mirrors. Doesn't come close to the original. Very short movement, does not hook to the left. I'll be back. However, it doesn't look in place. The plastics and printing are really good and feel premium. But something is wrong inside. Maybe once.

Works well. Definitely not the same feeling as the works car, especially when it barely moves when driving. I thought it was broken until I installed it and it worked fine so I think it's just a little different than the original. But it looks funny and for the price I can't complain

I received a used item, although it doesn't say used or refurbished. The letter "L" is completely erased, the letter "R" is also slightly worn. It clearly shows normal wear and tear as if it has been on the vehicle for years. I needed the part and still fitted it - it works and solved my problem, just wonder how long it will last if already in use.
