The mounting system was slightly different but the holes matched so replacement was easy. Holds towels better than my old one, doesn't slip off.

We have these for hanging towels. They are durable and look great. My husband installed them so I really don't know how easy the installation was.

High chrome plated, durable and just the right size to hang a towel next to the sink. No need for large rings or towel rails.

We broke one of our hooks in the bathroom. When we found these, we decided to change the others. They are well made, work perfectly and are very robust. They look beautiful, thanks to Amazon for that. We almost always find what we need on Amazon!

Looks good out of the box but the chrome will peel off on installation if you're not careful. See photos - I won't buy anymore. Would spend the extra money and buy one from a store you can check out as it looks good but is cheaply made.

I installed three of these hooks and they all had the same problem. The back plate that is attached to the wall first is not tall enough for the hex pin to fit. I solved this by padding the back seat and raising it a bit. So the pen will grab it. You can also use cardboard, but you only need to lift it about 1/16 inch for it to fit properly. Pros: Once installed, the hook looks great and sleek.

Be careful when mounting this on bolts. Soft Metal Screws --- I expected better quality from Delta. The problem is that Phillips screws break if you have to apply a lot of torque. I used a screwdriver, not a drill, and tried to use more force than torque to prevent this from happening. The head is somehow undressed. I had several screws of the same size in the store and they were of good quality. After removing the stripped screw (had to cut it off because it wouldn't come out with the head…
