How can it be used in the sun?

On the first day of use in the sun the adhesive holding the bracket to the block melted and came loose leaving the soldered wires unattached. The device failed to charge the new 2W, 5V solar fan. THANK YOU Revain for fixing this item as the company never got back to me.

Great build quality, they sacrifice some efficiency.

So far these are my favorite solar panels, they seem to sacrifice some efficiency (edit: big efficiency loss) so I probably wouldn't recommend them for large solar panels, but especially for portable applications. (I made a small 5w phone charger) they are great. You can't see it very well in the photos but they have a matte top which feels and looks very nice and durable and is probably around 1.5-2mm thick but feels really strong and I'm sure that it gets hard break (especially in a crash)…

NO blocking diode and voltage change, low weight, weatherproof housing

Good: The solar modules are surprisingly light. The cords were long, estimated to be about 8 feet long. I'll cut them off at the end as I don't need all the wire, but it's nice to have one when I need it. THE BAD: They are definitely not water/weather proof...the two large mounting holes on the back of the panels go straight to the wires. and solder joints. Water will get in and likely open the panel as the water freezes. The case is thin plastic that snaps open and some have a slight bend that
