The best flat mountain bike shoe I've found

I usually ride without clips, but I bought a new bike and decided to give it another try without heels. I've had a pair of FiveTen Freeriders in the past and wasn't a huge fan of them as they felt a bit too "skateboard" for my liking (although they stuck to the pedal like glue) so I wanted to check out the Freerider Pros. until I saw these. A shoe that looks and feels like a tennis shoe but has a platform/support and traction with a FiveTen MTB shoe? YES, PLEASE! I love this shoe ie LT and…

    Pros
    • The product fits perfectly! Ideal for cycling when not wearing boots.
    Cons
    • Massive appearance

Should evolve in the next model development

I bought mine from Rey and I'm glad I did. You have a one-year return policy on most items. I bought mine and loved the feel compared to my freeride pros. Trailcross is much lighter and more breathable. The downside was durability. They lasted 2 months with moderate use. Probably 1 or 2 trips a week and sometimes on random days. The outside started to tear when the elastic was pointing backwards towards the pinky in the first month. In the second month it broke and I returned it to Ray. It sits

    Pros
    • I'm new to cycling and can't believe this shoe makes the ride more comfortable.
    Cons
    • Poor ankle support

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great shoe for the average rider

I'm more of a casual racer. I just drive my OM Duro a bit uncontrolled on the streets at the weekend. For me, my regular size worked better than the reduced size. I went down a size at first but had to return the shoes because my whole foot was sore after one ride. Just one size smaller if you have a very narrow foot. If you have a wide foot, this shoe will definitely not fit you. I replaced the laces with something thicker. Great shoes for people like me who ride a few days a week and go to a…

    Pros
    • The shoes feel comfortable and hold the pedals well. They are a little big but I'm not sure I'll reduce the size.
    Cons
    • Lack of arch support

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great shoes with an unusual fit

These shoes look very good. The grip on my pedals is pretty good too. Well, in terms of fit, it all depends on the width of your foot. If you have a very narrow foot, choose half a size smaller. However, if your foot width is normal, order the same size you always wear. The warning here is that your fingers may have a gap at the top, which isn't too bad at all. Well, if you have wide feet, these shoes are not for you.

    Pros
    • un poco justos para pie ancho pero soportables.
    Cons
    • Uncomfortable fit

Trail running shoes in my review

I bought these shoes solely for mountain biking and couldn't be happier. They fit very well, my feet don't feel sweaty, they're comfortable because I'm wearing them right now while I'm writing this review. You must buy them, you will be happy.

    Pros
    • The shoe has a low profile for a natural feel when pedaling.
    Cons
    • Rubber in the heel digs in

    Revainrating 2 out of 5

It is strange. - my new rating

I went down a half size based on reviews here and elsewhere. Way too narrow. They fit well in length but when walking they kinda slipped off the heel on both legs. . Bubbles are just waiting in the wings. I wasn't sure if the next size up would do anything so I sent it back. A very promising concept, very poorly executed. A shame. The only thing that suits them is the light weight and, of course, the sole.

    Pros
    • This is a new generation of cycling shoes.
    Cons
    • Expensive

The shoes are comfortable but they are not suitable for normal use, except for cycling, as you can see in the photo, this is a manufacturing defect, but the seller and the manufacturer do not give any guarantee, they only have three months from the day I bought it on and no one makes any guarantees. They are used very little and wear out very quickly. They broke where the plastic meets the fabric, they are of poor quality.

    Pros
    • The shoes feature a rubber outsole with a unique tread pattern to provide excellent traction and traction on any surface.
    Cons
    • It is difficult to adjust the tension of the laces.

The finger box is crap, better take it by size.

Bought these because of the good reviews. I bought 11 in my normal size. The finger box was tight. I figured this would resolve itself over time. INCORRECT. terrible to drive. The only good thing about them is their grip and durability. But I threw mine away because I couldn't return them and couldn't wear them for more than 15 minutes.

    Pros
    • The shoes are amazing. Super sticky grip for my pedals to hold on to. Love the color and it fits perfectly.
    Cons
    • Poor ventilation

    Revainrating 2 out of 5

May be suitable for wide feet

Strange that another review describes them as narrow. I've never had problems with extremely narrow feet. I usually wear a size 10.5 and they fit perfectly. Too wide and loose. Down size is too short. If you have big fat feet this could be great.

    Pros
    • The shoe is versatile and can also be used for other outdoor activities such as hiking or trail running.
    Cons
    • The tongue pad is easily lost

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

I'm just happy to find matching MTB shoes!

I vary between 15 and 16 sizes. When I read that they run large I decided to give it a try. In short, they fit and I no longer have to wear my clunky running shoes. Good stop. When they get dirty I just hose them down and put newspaper in them to dry before the next ride. With big feet I can't be too picky so I have no complaints.

    Pros
    • This is my first mountain bike shoe. Good stability and grip.
    Cons
    • Creaks when walking

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Worth the money for great mountain bike shoes with flat pedals.

Much better fit than Freerider. Excellent heel hold, superior traction and more grip than traditional flat pedal shoes. Light, flexible and breathable. Probably not in wet weather. I wish they came in more colors for men's sizes. 9.5/10 I would buy again.

    Pros
    • Big plus to have Revane Prime
    Cons
    • Very disappointed. The shoe material is very uncomfortable and cheap. Refund the cost of return shipping

    Revainrating 2 out of 5

Very slow return after my review.

These are mtn cycling shoes. You are too big. My problem isn't so much with the shoes as with the refund. It's awfully long.

    Pros
    • Shoes are easy to clean and maintain, keeping them looking their best.
    Cons
    • Inadequate ventilation in warm conditions

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    Next level.... good for me

These shoes are the next level. Hope MTB shoes continue the evolution of light weight, better ventilation and faster drying.

    Pros
    • Don't know how wide the shoes are.
    Cons
    • Too heavy

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Use the size chart when ordering

I usually had size 10 tennis shoes. I ordered the tenth size and it turned out to be too long in the sock. I measured my foot according to their size chart. Returned and ordered a size 9 1/2 which fit better. They are beautiful, light and suitable for hiking from the bike.

    Pros
    • Grocery product only once and so far good
    Cons
    • Not suitable for wide feet

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent shoes the best in my rating

Bought these for my son for his BMX race. He loves her. The only thing he doesn't like is that the laces that came with the kit don't stay tied unless you double-knot them (he doesn't like double-knots), so we replaced the laces with the ones that came with the gear. Otherwise they are great for his racing and when he rides his mountain bike around the track.

    Pros
    • sticky unsightly
    Cons
    • I wish this bungee was tied.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great. On my MTB, the shoes stick absolutely to the pedals.

Great. My feet stayed on the pedals like he was holding my foot. Before you start the descent, make sure your feet are properly adjusted!

    Pros
    • Ideal for mountain biking with flat pedals
    Cons
    • Outsole wears out quickly

I bought the Five Ten Trailcross LT Mountain Bike Shoe hoping to replace the Five Ten Access as a running shoe after noticing the similarly sloping midsole shape. the sole eventually separates from the midsole. As I write this review, I'm hoping to share some feedback with those who want something similar to the Five Ten Access, and perhaps everyone at Adidas who needs feedback. As suggested by other reviews, I purchased a Five Ten Trailcross LT mountain bike. Shoes are half a size too small…

    Pros
    • The shoes are lightweight, breathable, easy to clean and feel durable. I don't regret my purchase.
    Cons
    • Bad flexibility

    Revainrating 2 out of 5

    Narrow AF feedback from me

Better hope your foot is shaped like a ruler. Those stupid things are damn tight. Not tight, rather tight. Tight like "Oh my god, that's pathetic."

    Pros
    • I love great overalls for cycling
    Cons
    • Poor water resistance

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

The size corresponds to my opinion

I have flat feet with a long foot size 14, I read comments about having to downsize so I did and they didn't fit me (13 didn't fit) so I got them one size up (14) returned and it's money. , great shoe, the first time I rode they had blood tones, most of it was washed out, the fabric dries very well overnight

    Pros
    • This shoe is really great! although it's oversized, half a size smaller.
    Cons
    • Bad traction
