I spent time and money trying to find them.

This meter is designed for #6 wire or smaller and will not work with all wires. I spent time and money finding an opening in the #2 direct underground cable. After speaking to Fluke's engineers, I knew I had to try something different. If you use this on a small diameter cable like phone or coax it's ok, but for larger diameter or other, buy the AEMC CA7024, it solved my problem.

Best of Breed! - Test, measure and inspect

The only reason this unit gets four stars is because it is more expensive than competing units. In terms of functionality, it's proven spot on in our tests and is a real time saver in the field, as well as for checking the length of wire left in the box before a long pull, not to mention a tremendous help in troubleshooting. . We were able to avoid cutting holes in the finished drywall because we were able to narrow down the location of breaks and shorts when troubleshooting Cat5/6 and RG-6…

Saved me a pack of goods to test, measure and inspect

This product saved me a lot of money and time. I had a frustrating coax problem that was occurring intermittently on a 400 foot stretch of underground cable. The Fluke TS-90 helped me pinpoint the problem to within 10 feet, the reading fluctuated, likely due to varying moisture conditions in the cable. I bought a Fluke Pro3000 toner and probe to troubleshoot the problem more precisely, but that didn't help. Using the initial TC-90 location instructions, I went to the nearest old cable splice; I
