I decided to try this product based on the reviews I saw from other people. I found I had the worst burp after taking the product along with the taste of the product which would be great if it actually tasted like mint but it doesn't. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone who doesn't like the scent for long after taking it.

They are easy to swallow and are simply taken after meals. If you don't like parsley, note that it contains parsley oil. I tend to have a few parsley oil burps, but I'll use them anyway. They work great and really help prevent bad breath.

I thought it was like chewing lollies. Instead, you should swallow them as another form of medicine. I am already taking vitamins and other stuff and don't need another pill (which seems reckless) to take by mouth. I like peppermints and that's enough for me. This type of stuff has to get into your stomach and into your bloodstream. My breath isn't that bad, so maybe this will help if you have really bad breath. But once was enough for me. Yes.
