Amazing offer for a quality product

Amazing offer! The pump not only came with a gasket, but also 4 new bolts for the pulley and a new pipe and fitting to connect the heater hose. So if you've done this job before or watched online videos, you may have seen the need to remove the old hose and install it on your new pump. Not with this one, or at least the one I bought. For those who asked before, the impeller is plastic. As far as I can tell the original was plastic and what I removed was also plastic. (already done)

  • Handsfree

  • There are other interesting options.

Fit perfectly on Jeep GC LTD 4.0L 2002 MY.

It seems like a good pump. As another reviewer noted, the pulley doesn't use OEM sized bolts, so you'll need the ones provided. Also: Do yourself a favor and buy a Fel-Pro pad instead of the pad that came with it. It's not that the gasket that comes with it is bad. I used it on my other car with an adhesive pad. But the Fel-Pro I bought required NO sealant, making my job easier and less messy. If you don't care, you can use the spacer provided. Also: you may want to replace the return pipe [not

Does what it's supposed to do

I've been using this water pump for 8 months now. I wanted to wait until he'd been in the car for some time to check. I replaced the water pump on my 2000 Jeep TJ 4.0 i6. Despite being a fraction of the cost of the OEM equivalent, it works flawlessly with no leaks. I don't drive the Jeep very intensively as it's an everyday vehicle, but I've driven it a few times over the weekend and haven't had any problems. I ended up using RTV instead of paper spacers. Thin bead around the mating surface (by

I think everything is fine - engine cooling and air conditioning

Arrived on time with all the necessary hardware to install. Plastic bag. They are specified because the OEM bolts will NOT be installed in the new part of the pump pulley. In other words, the bolt holes in a new water pump are finely threaded (which is better) when you bolt on the pulley. to him. The radiant fan still uses the same screws. Also, check the intake manifold installation for valve cover clearance before tightening everything. Clearance to allow the pump to sit flush with the block.

Better have a 10mm 1/4 " swivel head and an extension!

It was purchased for a 2004 Grand Cherokee 4.0L with air conditioning but no transcooler. The original Chrysler pump has approx Lasted 115,000 miles. Perfect fit and still not leaking after 1 day. Seems to be a quality product. I used a very thin film of blue RTV on both sides of the gasket. The bottom driver side fan cover screw (10mm) is absolute PITA.It's located opposite the frame, behind the metal AC lines, behind the steering box and above the lower radiator hose.No problem if you want to

  • All good!

  • So far so good

Worked as advertised on my 2004 Jeep TJ Wrangler Unlimited (LJ)

I installed this on my 2004 Jeep TJ Wrangler Unlimited (LJ) and it worked as advertised. Mine had a metal (aluminum) impeller. The standard unit that lasted 113,000 miles had a plastic impeller. I also bought a Fel-Pro water pump seal. I used thread sealant and torqued all the bolts to specification and in the correct order. I used a paper towel to fill the hole where the impeller enters the motor. This is to keep dirt out as you will need to scrape off all the old gasket material. I used aโ€ฆ
