🚐 Gel-Gloss RV GG-128 Polish and Protector - 128 oz Review

Ordered a month ago. I have been using this product for over 30 years and praise it to all. My jar was so old I ordered a replacement but was disappointed that it didn't leave such a nice layer on my sinks and other products. I've used it on many things in the past with very satisfactory results, sinks, showers, mirrors, stainless steel, but this time it just didn't work. I wish I had thrown away my old can. There isn't much left in it, but it has discolored after so many years.

From the description and some comments I was under the impression that this was to 'buff' scratches and 'rejuvenate' the faux marble. It is not. It's just a carnuba wax that protects the faux marble the same way carnuba car wax protects your car's paintwork and seal. Tried this product on my 30 year old faux marble bathroom countertop. They were tarnished and, while sparkling clean, didn't look very shiny. It worked great! I had high hopes for a product that would help ward off stains and water stains in a chamotte farmhouse sink. Maybe my expectations are unrealistic, but I guess I thought this was a product to "ball" water after application, albeit for a short time. Label says to use weekly for maximum protection and shine.
