Ever wanted to see the inside of a Peltier device?

This stuff works, found out the hard way, used it to repurpose some old CPU heatsinks for a Peltier device, it didn't seem to hold up too well at first, so I put a generous amount. After about a week I wanted to change the setting because I thought it still held up as it did before I took the coolers apart and the pictures speak for themselves. good durability and workability

I bought this glue in June 2018 and used it for the first time in the last few days to build homemade radiators. and apply them to NVME SSDs. Before gluing the pieces together, I overlapped 1100 square pieces of 1100 aluminum using moderate pressure. A bond gap of 0.001 inch was measured with vernier calipers. With a thermal conductivity of 1.2 W/mK, this joint thickness has negligible thermal resistance for my application. The parts were bonded at a humidity of 30% and a temperature of 70 °C…

Know what you are buying

I have read most of the other reviews and the negative reviews are from people who didn't understand what they were buying. Some typical application mistakes I see are: 1) Too much adhesive between heatsink and heat source. This material should conduct heat, but still has a resistance to heat transfer. Thinner is better! This stuff also takes time to heal. The thinner, the faster! 2) Insufficient curing time. It's not super glue as someone commented. It's like what you put in a bathtub. Give it
