Product comes out of the tube too heavy

Product does not come out of the tube very easily. It takes a lot of pressure and two hands to squeeze it out of the caulking gun, and even with full force, little comes out. This made the job 10 times more difficult and we were very disappointed. I read other reviews (afterthought unfortunately) where people had the same problem. Some even cut off the bottom of the tube and tried to scoop it out, but how awful that must be because the material is dirty.

Pros
  • Stays flexible
Cons
  • thin

Works well and adheres to EPDM (not an easy task)

I would give it 5 stars but have to see how long it lasts. 5 star ratings for something. So far everything is very good. If you've worked with EPDM, you know that finding something that will stick and stay that way isn't easy. All petroleum based products will cause it to frizz. It stuck pretty well. I even smeared the weathered piece without even cleaning it. Holds up very well. It's also pretty heavy for what it's worth. I also patched the area to shingles. Is okay. Although many products can

This is the perfect consistency for sealing small gaps, it's not too thick and won't fill big gaps, but it is just that Right right consistency to flow into a typical crevice and create a good seal. I bought a tube of roofing waterproofing from a local store with orange labels and it turned out to be a poor substitute for that stuff. I had to fix four roof vents and a few other spots and a tube of Geocel wasn't enough. I don't normally write reviews for these materials but this product is far…
