🗑️ Glad Small Trash Bags - 4 Gallon White Garbage Bags - Pack of 30 Review

I was fooling around. I bought them for a wire trash can that I keep on my desk. The four gallon bags are too small and therefore unusable for me. I ordered 10 gallon bags which I now know will fit. At least they were cheap.

I bought these for a small bin but they are too small even though the bin says 4 gallon bags can be used. It's too short to reach the bottom of the can when I tie it around the rim, and as soon as I throw anything even a little heavy in it, the bag sinks and is practically unusable.

These bin liners are very thin and do not close easily. I could live with that, but unfortunately my apartment building requires that you use trash bags that seal tight when closed if you wish to throw trash down the building's garbage chute. The quality is actually quite high given the plastic is so thin, and although they do fit perfectly in 4 gallon bathroom trash cans, for example. They also look clean and sanitary in this scenario and not something like a plastic bag.

Glad is always a good product. I've always recycled plastic bags for my small bins, but I was concerned about my carbon footprint, so I bought big bags to take with me when I went shopping. Now I don't have enough plastic bags for groceries, so I need to buy plastic bags for trash cans.

They fit perfectly in my bathroom wastebasket but I prefer clear bags as they get stacked on top of my bamboo wastebasket and don't look very attractive. Again, it's just a trash can. They're not super heavy, but they can take a lot and won't tear or puncture. They are suitable for small wastepaper baskets, but I still prefer transparent ones. If I can't find clear ones, I'll buy these.
