That I have hot water without waiting all day! Q

It's been a while since I bought this because I had to call a plumber to install it. Installed hot water only circulates after 4-5 minutes! The plumber came back and said it was hooked up, right? WAITING! Did another plumber have to pay for the tire change? HOT WATER STILL NOT FLOWING IN less than 5 minutes? MONEY ALL TOO MANY TIMES! Conclusion: The circulation pump does not work!

This is a great pump for the price

This is a great pump for the price. I replaced another Grundfos model from 2003 and finally failed when it dried up when my fountain was out of service and needed repairs. I wanted to emphasize my frustration with the quality of the plastic used to house electrical components and cables. My new device arrived damaged and unusable due to the manufacturer using cheap brittle and brittle plastic. I was able to salvage the new pump by unplugging the electrical box from the old unit I was replacing,

  • Easy to use

Replace old Grundfos 59896115 in 20 minutes

I had to replace 59896115 Grundfos but this model is no longer made. You can SIMPLY replace it with 59896155 WITHOUT any tools other than a 5/32 hex bit (6 sided). Simply loosen the four hex head screws securing the new electric pump to the water housing and do the same to the old existing pump. after turning off the water supply and replace them! Make sure the new O-ring stays in place on the new pump and check for leaks. Should take a maximum of 20 minutes. This pump is so quiet and delivers…

Incorrect information and images

This review is mainly related to product information and images.1) The product image is incorrect. See attached information. This model has no flush outlet.2) Incorrect information: This model cannot be used in hot water circulation systems. The pump is cast iron and will cause rust in your system. My system was rusty within 2 days. 3) Wrong statement: This pump uses 85 watts, not 25 watts. The pump is easy to install and quiet, but I bought this pump because it was supposed to be used for hot…

Replaces its predecessor as if by magic minus a few questions

Dear Seller: Please provide a correct picture. Use mine if necessary. This pump was purchased to replace its 1999 predecessor. It smelled like burnt rubber and stopped working after 21 years of hard work. The old product number was 59896163 (blue) and this is 59896155 (red). The model numbers matched (UP15-42F), as did all other specifications. As you can see, inside the original pump housing are two small hoses that connect to a differential pressure switch. The burned block has been removed…

Works like a dream Water Pumps Parts & Accessories

Getting the old pump out was a difficult task as the bolts were frozen. After the flanges were wire brushed and repainted, the new pump was ready to go. However, an installation warning is appropriate. BLEED BLEED ALL air trapped in your water lines. When you think all the air in the lines is gone. . . that's probably not the case. Check the pump regularly for several hours to be sure. Trapped air will burn out your new pump, so play it safe. I also ran an electrical line to the house and added

Reliable circulating pump

I bought this unit to replace my current Grundsfos 1/25hp hot water circulating pump which has been a reliable pump for the last 11-12 years. This is the third Grundsfos pump that has been used in my home's hot water circulation system since it was installed 24 years ago. Revain sells it for almost $100 less than your local plumbing store. The pump runs quietly and consumes relatively little energy even in continuous operation. I have never had a leakage problem with my previous two Grundsfos…
