🧹 Thorough Cleaning with Genuine MP Soft Touch Deluxe Vacuum Cleaner and Central Vac Hardwood/Bare Floor Brush – 10 Inch, Natural Horse Hair Bristles Review

The bristles are not as long and soft as hoped. I needed this to vacuum the accumulated dust off the old popcorn ceiling. I think I still have as much "popcorn" on the floor as there is in a vacuum cleaner, even though I worked slowly and carefully. However, it was effective in removing fallen popcorn from wooden floors.

Although the curved bristles are longer, this nozzle does not glide easily on the floor. The suction will make the nozzle stick to the wood and marble floor, if you are not very careful, keep it at the right angle so that it picks up dirt and at the same time the suction does not get stuck. Works great on fabric items like furniture, but I'm looking for a different attachment for the floor.

This nozzle has a dense, soft bristle so it won't scratch the laminate. The front bristles are slightly shorter to allow things like pet food or small groceries like rice to slide under the suction. I recommend this nozzle to anyone who vacuums hardwood floors. You can even use it on concrete basement or garage floors. I bought this to collect cat hair and it does the job effectively.

I live in a nearly 100 year old house that seems to be seeping dust out of the pores. We bought this vacuum cleaner attachment to remove the very fine powdery dust left over from the final sanding of our sheetrocking project (we attached it to our wider ShopVac hose customized). . I agree with the negative reviews about the new "teeth" cut on the front bristles. The old short bristles on the front were MUCH more efficient. They still work well with "toothed" bristles, but the good news is that 5 minutes with scissors is enough to get rid of the "teeth" and trim the front. the stubble is back to the good old short uniform. I originally bought this for my Bissell desk as it doesn't have a floor mount. The first floor of my house is covered in faux wood laminate showing every strand of cat hair and down. Bissell just sprinkles that fluff. I have had two Bissells in the last 15 years and all attachments are the same size. My friend's Bissell is also a different model and has the same tip sizes.
