I love playing words with friends but I don't always have an internet connection when I travel. This small size is just what I needed. Brings back memories of sitting with the whole family and having a game night. I gave one to another enthusiast and they loved it too.

My stepmother used to play this game on her phone so I decided to give her a Christmas present. I haven't played it myself, but everyone loved it. I got the impression they preferred the phone version because it does the billing for them. It's compact and travel-friendly though, so it would be nice if you had more interesting things to squander battery life on.

The image in the game looks like 3D and actually contains parts of the letters in place. I bought Scrabble Travel and that's exactly what it does. This board is a thin piece of cardboard. The pieces are smooth and slide everywhere. That. Completely useless as a "travel game" or anywhere at all. If I could put a zero, I would. Do not buy - I will send it back as soon as possible.

Also bought this game to get word check and rating features for my iPad but no code and nowhere to get the code. ? Wasn't there something that should have been a code that came with this game when I got it? I am disappointed and confused. I am considering returning this as I was misled into receiving a code for my iPad. I called tech support on 800 and they directed me to their website. ?

I ordered this game because we were on a cruise where we were at sea for a few days and didn't have internet access to play the game attached to play. It came in a very compact package and was very easy to carry. My only complaint is that we couldn't play the game on the bus or plane because there was no way to pin the tiles. If it had little tile holders and/or a way to hold the tiles securely on the board (similar to the Scrabble travel game I've had in the past) I would give it 5 stars.

I'm actually very upset. I like the look of the board and the travel case. This is a very beautiful, very cute game. I understand this is a COMPLETE Scrabble heist. I grew up playing Scrabble and playing the board game and it was a lot of fun.
