Warning against using the inner cabinet!

Please note that if you are using this in your closet (you will want the junk to hang and tuck away inside) you will only have 1/4 inch of free space from the top of the closet door to the top edge the hanger bracket. I bought two of these and they fit in one sink cabinet door and not the other because there is very little free space - I couldn't close the door when it was hanging inside. So just measure your closet from the top of the door to the top hole where your arms will be and if it's…

Pros
  • Fits many
Cons
  • Blank

So this product intrigued me when I wanted to hang a grocery bag, which I use as a trash can under the sink. This means the bag is outside the closet. This could happen, apart from a major design flaw for people wanting to do something like this, the metal hook is too short for this frame to fit through my cabinet frame and hence the door won't close. There is nothing wrong with this product if you want to hang your bag from the front of your closet for whatever reason. I'm giving two stars to…

Pros
  • Useful for more than intended purpose

Ideal for kitchen waste

I live alone so it takes a long time to fill a traditional bin. And when I have perishable garbage (from cooking), this garbage can quickly stinks in my kitchen. I used to hang a grocery bag on the handle of my kitchen cupboard, but when I saw this I had to give it a try. It gets the job done pretty well: it keeps food wrappers open without getting in the way. My cabinets are a little thin so this holder sometimes tilts left and right, but that's not a big deal to me. The length of the tote bag

Pros
  • Storage and organization
Cons
  • Only available in white

For years we've hung plastic bags on the handles of our kitchen cabinets and drawers to dispose of food and waste that we didn't want to throw in our general waste. We didn't even think of looking for a product like this until my wife came across it online. This works a lot better, holding the bag in place and leaving it open so we can throw trash in with ease. It also looks a lot better. My only gripe with this is that while it's stronger and thicker than most other similar products, it's not…

  • Home & Kitchen
Cons
  • New Competitors Are Emerging

I was really trying to like it. It seemed like a great way to repurpose grocery bags. BUT it doesn't match closet doors very well because the door is thinner and slightly tilted. It's okay, I filled the gap with a strip of foam rubber. As he drives down the street, he still crashes into the door and we find him on the ground. The bags hang very low leaving a 3 inch gap between this bracket and the top of the bag so most people skip the bag and trash ends up on the floor. So we taught the kids…
