I am completely satisfied with this shoe. My use is light treadmill running and CrossFit style workouts. I've been running 5-10 miles a week for a few weeks and now I'm running them 5 times a week. They broke up very well. I have large, wide feet and I wear my laces loose, which is typical for most athletic shoes that aren't E+ wide. They have thin soles and grippy rubber. They are a stable base for lifting. I used to take my shoes off to squat or deadlift, but I don't do that anymore. It's aβ¦
