I gave this for a birthday gift. My grandson turned five and is very interested in how things happen. His dad has a garden and he always wants to help him. I thought this would be a perfect chance for him to see how to plant and water and actually take care of something instead of playing video games. This light up terrarium is perfect for our 7 year old who loves gardening.The spray bottle that comes with it is perfect for little hands, making it very easy for him to water the plants. The seeds started to grow after just one day. The decorations and stickers that came with it are adorable and my son loved them. Definitely recommend this to any age child! Worth every penny.

The quality is very good and the kids love it very much. I think we should let children understand this knowledge from an early age, which is very interesting. There are small dinosaurs and potted plants. Let the children take care of his "dinosaur park" every day. Generally speaking, they are satisfactory and the price is good. Recommend to buy.

Great fun for the little ones. They loved being able to assemble this project with little to no help-just some verbal instruction. They loved the lighting, too. The stickers add a little more detail to the jar. Already growing within one week. The only thing needed is EXTRA BLUE SAND and WHITE ROCKS. It would make a big difference in the final result. I bought this product for my cousin’s little boy. He loves plants and dinosaurs so I thought it would be perfect. This product is a joke! The container is cheap plastic. There was no way to plug it in. There was a cord but no adapter. The "soil” I came with was very weird. The water bottle broke. The dinosaurs left paint all over your hands. this product is just awful and I don’t recommend!

My child had fun planting and setting up the Terrarium. My child enjoys trimming the grass and watering the plants. It took about 5days for the seeds to take root and start sprouting.

This was a gift for my grandson's 5th birthday. It arrived as promised and looked great. He absolutely loved it. So did his mother.

Loved this little terrarium for my son! We only used half the seeds at 1st. (Make sure to poke the seeds down far enough, as we did not and the roots were well above the surface when they grew.)Still, it was so much fun to watch these seeds quickly grow into plants. The night light feature is great, shuts off by itself after awhile, and is USB rechargable.Great gift for plant and dino lovers!

My son likes little dinosaurs very much, so I bought this product. After buying this product to him, he was happy. I was also very happy to see him happy

I purchased this for my 4 year old son who loves dinosaurs, however, upon receiving the package, the vermiculite or "soil” was opened and had spilled into everything else, creating a horrible mess. Also, the jar was melted one side and hard to seal due to the jar being misshaped. We made it work because my son didn't want to wait for me to send it back for a replacement. The plants took longer to develop than other terrariums I've purchased in the past, but they still grew nonetheless. Not sure

After waiting weeks nothing has grown. Total waste. Annoying because the kids were excited and it never grew The light-up feature may not be environmentally friendly if it requires frequent battery replacements.

For your dinosaur lovers this is a big hit! My almost 5 year old son loved setting this up. He loves the led lights that change color and that it came with dinosaurs. We can’t wait for the grass to start growing.

This was such a fun activity for my 4yo! He loved creating his own little terrarium without me interfering. I love how kid friendly it is. I read him the instructions and he did it all himself. It’s been about a week and it is beginning to grow. Thank goodness too because he asked every single day where the grass was lol.

This is such a cute idea however, too many dinos and not enough room to put them all in the terrarium. It also took forever to grow, said a couple days, for us took weeks.

Nicely made, the led light was a hit with my 9 yo and made a pretty reflection at night. We planted 2 days ago and are already getting sprouts. My only comment is that the 2 figures are not the scale shown on the box, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. The lighthouse was much smaller than the owl.

This didn't come with any seeds. Instead it had plastic plants.Very disappointing since it was a Xmas gift for my grandson in another state.Come on. Plastic plants. Give me a break

This is easy set up. It helps Lil ones learn how things grow. It is a good learning tool, for the kids, my boy loves taking care of it. The night light feature is awesome, it changes different colors. My kid loves it so much he won't go to bed without it on. Great value for the money, I would recommend to any parent.

I ordered a terrarium for my niece and nephew for christmas. The instructions were clear and they had a fun time putting it together. It is a little messy but who doesn’t mind a little dirt? :) I really enjoy the cute statues and stickers that come with the terrarium. The peas grew so fast & the kids learned so much about patience and nurturing living to grow. Would recommend.

My son (6) and daughter (3) enjoyed setting this up with my help. They are excited to take turns watering it and watch it grow. My son is going to use it as a night light too. Fun and unique gift idea
