Great and a bit grainy

looks and works as advertised. Just make sure you don't have crap on the screws when you apply the stick - it goes right into the nonstick coating and lives there forever. Does what you want, especially when using steel bolts in an aluminum case.

Just bought some more for friends

Delivery took a little long, but I didn't care. Everything works perfectly. Much more convenient than opening a large can of fat. The copper agent together with the high-temperature grease prevents the screws from seizing.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Everything ok

Excellent high temperature non-stick coating

AWESOME product! This is my second or third stick and I will be buying another one in the future when the time is right. This is a high temperature copper product that is absolutely essential for exhaust system components. I don't touch any fasteners on the exhaust system without a dab of it, it's pure magic.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • Minor issues

Perfect compact applicator

I used to use a brush applicator and it worked, just dirty. This glue stick applicator works very easy and less messy. Remove the top, slide out the rod, and then screw the screw onto it. Insert and mount bolts. Always the perfect app and takes up less space in my toolbox. Great purchase, I will buy again.

Pros
  • Easy to set up
Cons
  • Something different

Fits bike seat post

I use this on my folding bike seat post. The saddle rises and falls twice with every ride, all sorts of debris creeps in and turns the bike into a noisy coffee grinder. A few dabs of copper paste on the part of the post that slides into the seat tube will help avoid this annoyance and ensure a smooth installation and removal every time.

  • Confident

I've switched to greases and lubes

For years I've used the standard Permatex silver anti-seize which comes in a tin with a brush on the lid. I thought this was the only way and accepted the shortcomings. Nothing more.+ Much easier to apply than with a brush, just sweep over strands and hold.+ Has the consistency of a lipstick even when cold+ Doesn't stick to clothes or utensils like glue+ Protects strands just as well+ Doesn't hold Doesn't dry and requires no constant stirring with each use + Smaller, more portable, low risk of…

Awesome upgrade to an outdated product

OK, that's great! I need anti-seize in my motorcycle toolbox but I never carry one due to the risk of damaging pipes and smearing anti-seize all over the place. It's impossible to clean - this dirt gets on everything. But, hey, now I can! No fuss, no fuss. You can replace the paste anywhere around the muffler (which I have to remove to service the rear wheel). I can freshen up the backing of the brake pads if they start squeaking in the middle of a multi-day ride. Or what ever. The consistency…
